Realeasty is a real estate analysis platform developed by Mulklick GmbH. It provides analysis tools for informational and decision-support purposes.
Outputs are intended to support structured decision-making and do not replace independent professional advice.
2. User responsibilities
By using Realeasty, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted data.
- You use the platform only for lawful purposes and according to these terms.
- You do not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse outputs.
- You maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You do not provide unlicensed regulated advice using platform outputs.
3. Acceptable use of platform
Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Generating misleading or fraudulent assessments
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data
- Automated data extraction without written authorization
- Reselling outputs without explicit written permission from Mulklick GmbH
4. Platform availability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, technical incidents, or external events may lead to temporary unavailability.
5. Limitation of liability
Outputs are based on available data and analytical models. To the extent permitted by law:
- Mulklick GmbH is not liable for financial decisions made from platform outputs
- No warranty is given regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose
- Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months
- Mulklick GmbH is not responsible for losses without independent professional verification
6. Changes to terms
Mulklick GmbH may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or in-platform notice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
